Kingdom Newcomers Connect is our outreach for people arriving in Guelph and across Canada. We bring together the warmth of a church family and real, hands-on help, so that from your first week you have people in your corner and a place to belong. Many of our own members came the same way, and now they help others settle in across Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge.

Four teams, one warm welcome
Arrival Team
For people newly landed in Guelph, our Arrival Team helps you find your feet in the first few days. That means a friendly face at the airport or your door, a hand with the essentials, and answers to the questions no one tells you to ask.
Connect Team
Settling in is easier with people around you. Our Connect Team introduces you to the church family, helps you build friendships, and makes sure you never have to work out life in a new country on your own.
Welfare and Settlement
Real help for real needs: guidance on daycare and schools, access to food resources, and support with finding housing and getting set up, so your family can settle with dignity.
Employment and Immigration
From resume help and job-search support to pointing you toward trusted immigration guidance, this team walks with you as you build a stable future in Canada.
